Cancellation Policy
Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% late-cancellation charge. This fee can be issued as store credit, valid for 7 days after the cancellation date. The credit can be applied toward any Mellow Bar service or add-on, such as a callus or foot care treatment, since the package already covers your Dazzle Dry combo.
No-shows are subject to the full service charge.
