t’s easy! You can book your manicure just like any other appointment, either through the booking portal on our website at mellow-bar.com, or by contacting us directly. Your free monthly manicure will be automatically applied at checkout, so there’s nothing extra you need to do.

Our membership is also fully cashless, making checkout quick and effortless. Your preferred payment card will be securely stored on file, and your service will be processed automatically — no need to take out your wallet or handle payment after each visit. Just relax and enjoy your Mellow moment. 💅✨

Yes! Starting January 1st 2026, unused complimentary manicure vouchers roll over for up to three (3) months.
You’ll receive one free manicure voucher per billing month and may hold a maximum of three unused vouchers at any time. When a fourth month begins, the oldest unused voucher will expire.

Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire upon membership cancellation.

No worries! What happens depends on when you notify us.

• If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment:
  Your complimentary monthly manicure will roll over and remain available to use within the 3-month rollover window.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment:
  A late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original service price will apply. This amount will be added to your profile as credit, which does not expire and can be used toward add-ons, additional services, or retail products.

• If you miss your appointment without prior notice:
  No additional fee will be charged; however, your complimentary monthly manicure credit for that billing cycle will be forfeited and will not roll over.

At Mellow Bar, our membership is designed to help you maintain healthy, glowing nails through consistency. That said, we completely understand that life can get busy!

If you plan to take a break for more than three months, you can pause (freeze) your membership. Simply notify us one billing cycle (4 weeks) in advance by filling out this Membership Adjustment Form. If notice isn’t provided within that timeframe, the next month’s billing will still be processed, and the pause will begin the following month.

We’d be sad to see you go, but we’ve made cancellation simple.
To cancel your membership, just complete our Membership Adjustment Form or manage your membership subscription through login.
Please note:

• You may cancel within 30 days of initial sign-up with no further charges as long as the membership perks are not redeemed.

• After the first 30 days, we require a 30-day notice for all membership cancellations.

Yes! Your Mellow Bar membership is valid at both our SoHo and Greenwich locations—giving you the flexibility to visit whichever is most convenient for you.

Happy Birthday! 🥂 To redeem your complimentary birthday pedicure, simply:

1. Book your pedicure appointment online during your birthday month.

2. Let our front desk know at check-out that you’re redeeming your birthday pedicure.
   As long as your membership is active, the reward will be applied automatically at your visit.

   Please note that our complimentary birthday pedicure is not available with our Top Nail Artists.
